Meet Miss Wallace

I started my Taekwon-Do journey with this club in 2012 as a white belt. Since then, I have had the opportunity to compete in numerous regional, national and international competitions, and attended multiple seminars across the country. In 2018, I acheived my 1st degree and began taking on a larger role as assistant instructor within the club. 

Since then, I have attended Durham University where I joined their Taekwon-Do society and was successfully elected as vice president and competition captain 2024 - 2026. I also joined the BUTL student national squad, connecting with Taekwon-Do practitioners all over the country. During this time, I achieved 1st overall in both my patterns and sparring divisions at BUCS 2025. Additionally, I have achieved multiple awards for my work in university Taekwon-Do, including a Full Palatinate from Durham University and the Roy Marsden Award at the National Student Taekwon-Do Awards.

Furthermore, I began attending IIC's and IUC's where i gained a Class B umpiring certificate. On top of this, I achieved my 2nd degree in 2023 and my 3rd degree in 2025.
